We are recruiting diligent and motivated individuals to join our ALN team at Eastern High. The successful candidate will work closely with the ALNCo to support Statemented pupils, ensuring they have the targeted support in their Statement to progress and reach their full potential. The role requires adaptability to meet students' needs daily, aiming for all students to access a mainstream curriculum. Full training and NVQ course opportunities will be provided, along with potential career progression. Knowledge of the new ALN code and interest in restorative and trauma-informed practices are desirable.
Salary: Grade 3 Spinal Point 3 - 6 (£24,027 - £25,183 FTE), pro-rated for a 39-week term-time contract, 32.5 hours/week.
