Job summary

Valley Academy in Bradford is seeking two Teaching Assistants at Level 2 to join our academy on a part-time, permanent basis. Hours are 32.5 per week, term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks).

You will support pupils under the guidance of teaching staff and help maintain a positive learning environment. We merged with Delta Academies Trust in 2026 and offer a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for professional development within a high-performing trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom.
• Undertake work/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils under supervision.
• Carry out work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area as required.
