Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 2 in Nottingham and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting students in small groups and building relationships quickly.
• Covering supply bookings, both pre-booked and last minute sickness cover.
• Assisting with the development of social and cognitive skills.

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs, particularly in Key Stage 2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet students' evolving needs.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
