Teaching Assistants Make a Difference in Warwick

Pay: £87 - £92 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible or September 2025 available

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons
  2. Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and on task throughout the school day
  3. Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential
  4. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  5. Assisting with classroom setup, resources, and day-to-day activities
  6. Reporting any concerns to relevant staff members in line with safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational role
  2. DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  3. Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  4. Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities
  5. Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
