About the Role
As a Nursery School Assistant, you will:
- Support the learning, development, and care of children aged 2-5
- Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Observe, plan, and assess children\'s progress in line with the EYFS framework
About You
We\'re looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
- Passionate about child development and early learning
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
