Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant / SEN LSA

Location: Cardiff

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £83 - £90 per day

Do you have a patient and nurturing nature?

Responsibilities

• Support children with additional needs/disabilities in an SEN setting.
• Work with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours.
• Assist in a Reception class pending diagnosis; maintain a proactive approach and confidently manage situations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with additional needs/disabilities.
• Experience working with students with SEMH and challenging behaviours.
• Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent.
• Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirable.
