Are you a recent graduate with a passion for English and a desire to kick-start a rewarding career in education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dynamic and motivated English Teaching Assistant to join a thriving all-girls secondary school in Slough from September 2025 until the end of the academic year.

This full-time role of a Teaching Assistant offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). Working closely with the English department, you will help students to build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential.

What we're looking for:

• A high-level degree (ideally in English or a related subject)
• A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An Enhanced DBS Disclosure
• Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Two professional references
• The legal right to work in the UK
• A CV covering the last 10 years of employment or education (where possible)
