Job description

Primary Teaching Assistant - KS1 & KS2 (Supply)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply work in primary schools across Nuneaton? Aspire People are recruiting reliable and committed TAs who are confident supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

About the Role:

We are working with a range of primary schools in the Nuneaton area who need adaptable Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term roles. You'll be supporting whole class learning, small intervention groups, and sometimes working 1:1 with pupils - including children with SEN.


What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience working across KS1 & KS2 is essential
  2. Confident working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
  3. SEN experience is highly desirable
  4. Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred - but experienced, unqualified candidates will be considered
  5. Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
