Overview

We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants for a school based in Childwall. The school is a Special School based in Childwall for children with Moderate Learning Needs and Autism aged 11-19 whose aim is to provide quality education for pupils who have a wide variety of learning difficulties, often including Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school knows that all pupils can achieve, if they are able to experience a curriculum, learning environment and support, which meets their individual needs.

The right Teaching Assistants will have experience working with children, be confident at building positive and trusting relationships with young children with additional needs, become a role model to all pupils around them and be willing to learn.

This Teaching Assistant role is a temp to perm role and will be full time, working 8:30-15:30 Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £90 per day and will be paid weekly. The job role starts 2nd September 2024 with an oppurtunity to work within the school before the summer break.

All staff going into school require a full vetting process which includes a fully enhanced DBS, if you don\'t have a DBS we can process a new one for you.
