Teaching Assistant - full time Temporary
Chesterfield
£19,500 - £23,500 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

This school graded GOOD by Ofsted situated in Chesterfield invests time in its staff and expects the best provisions for the children under its care. They have high expectations for every child, not only in their academic work but also in other aspects of their school life. The school is looking for a Year 5 Teaching Assistant to work with a wide range of ability levels. This would suit someone who has recently worked in upper key stage 2. The role is until July 2026 but for the right person there could be a permanent contract.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

- Experience of working with primary school aged children

- Experience of working with pupils with SEND

- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
