Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students' educational journey. Working closely with teachers and staff, you will assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning. Your dedication and passion for helping children thrive will contribute to the overall success of our school community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting teachers in designing and conducting lessons to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
  2. Providing personalised support to students through one-on-one and small group interactions, addressing their unique learning requirements.
  3. Contributing to effective classroom management to maintain a focused and organised learning environment.
  4. Preparing educational materials and resources that enhance the quality of lessons and activities.
  5. Engaging with students in extracurricular activities, actively fostering their social development.
  6. Collaborating closely with teachers and staff to monitor students' progress and offer valuable feedback.
  7. Cultivating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, where all students feel valued and receive support.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in a school setting is desirable.
  2. A passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth.
  3. Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
  4. A commitment to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  5. Enhanced DBS check.
  6. Right to work in the UK.
  7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare will be advantageous.
