Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Ability to support learning and engage with pupils.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to support learning.
• Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, where required.
• Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and social development.
• Support classroom management and day-to-day activities.
• Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
