Job description

St Peter’s Bratton Church of England Academy (part of St Chad’s Academies Trust) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Inclusion Support TA to join our dedicated and supportive team.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Promote the inclusion and acceptance of children with Special Educational Needs within the classroom, ensuring access to lessons and their contents through appropriate clarification, explanation and resources.
  • Be an excellent and enthusiastic practitioner.
  • Support and deliver a bespoke, personalised curriculum.
  • Provide support in order to reduce barriers to learning.
  • Implement any agreed programmes with children.
  • Have high expectations of childrens’ achievement and behaviour.
  • Be committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
