Job summary

Aspire People in Tyseley is recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B14 area on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. You will support pupils across the classroom, work closely with the class teacher, and deliver 1:1 or small group interventions, helping with resources and daily routines.

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable.
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
