Outwood Primary Academy Darfield is seeking a Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their academy.
The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant during the morning, supporting Maths and English, under the guidance of teaching staff. In the afternoons, you will serve as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, covering PPA for class teachers. This role involves collaborating with staff to assist in planning and managing the class.
The position offers a working pattern of 16 hours as a Teaching Assistant and 12.5 hours as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, during term time plus 2 additional days. It is a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have high expectations for pupils, and possess excellent curriculum knowledge.
