Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive school community in Hammersmith and Fulham. This role involves working closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering tailored and inclusive lessons
  • Work one-to-one and with small groups of pupils with SEN
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
  • Assist in managing behaviour in a positive and supportive manner
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and development
