Job summary

Edward Bryant School in West Sussex is seeking positive, caring teaching assistants to support learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. The role involves one-to-one work, small groups, and supervising break and lunch times. Permanent, 17.9 hours per week during term time. Salary NJC Grade 3, SCP 3-4 pro rata (£25,614–£26,016 p.a.

pro rata). Actual starting salary £10,437 p.a. Interviews will be held soon; safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant or equivalent in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Classroom support across EYFS/KS1/KS2.
• One-to-one work with children and small groups.
• Supervision during breaks and lunch times.
