Aboutthe Role

Thesuccessful candidate will work predominantly in KS2, working alongside teachersto support high-quality learning within the classroom. They will adapt supportto meet children’s individual needs and deliver targeted learning activitiesfor individuals and small groups, including children with SEND or additionalneeds.

Thisis a practical and rewarding role in which relationships matter. The successfulcandidate will help children engage positively with learning, develop theirconfidence and become more independent.

Therole may occasionally include leading planned learning activities for groups orclasses. Any whole-class cover will be clearly defined and based on learningplanned by a teacher.
