Job summary

St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our large two-form entry Catholic primary school. The role is fixed term for 1 year, 32.5 hours per week during term time, with a focus on supporting pupils and maintaining our Catholic ethos.

The successful candidate will inspire and support pupils, contribute to creating an excellent learning environment, and work closely with teaching staff to tailor activities to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant classroom support experience preferred.
• Understanding of safeguarding and Equal Opportunities.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.

We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to join our hard-working team at St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School.

St Brigid’s is a large and thriving two form entry Catholic Primary school, including Nursery, in the south of Birmingham. Along with seven local catholic primary schools and St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School, it is part of a growing Catholic Multi Academy.
