Job summary

Erdington Hall Primary School is seeking an inspiring Teaching Assistant for a fixed-term role starting September 2025. You will be working 32.5 hours per week, term time only, to support KS1 students with a focus on inclusion, fostering a nurturing environment and achieving educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/5 or above) necessary.
  • Experience supporting students with particular needs preferred.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only

Salary: Support Staff Scale Grade 3 (9-22), full time equivalent salary range £26,409p.a. - £32,654p.a. (actual salary range is £20,790p.a.- £25,706p.a.)
