Role & Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students within a school setting. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere, contributing to the smooth operation of the classroom and school day.

Main tasks include
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
  • Supporting classroom management and student supervision.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 3 months' working experience within UK schools.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, long-term, or on a day-to-day basis.
  • Willingness to work between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students and staff.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
