Job summary

People Dynamix Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our growing team across Merseyside and surrounding areas. You’ll support children in schools, providing 1:1 support and general classroom assistance with a flexible daily supply.

We offer regular weekly pay, holiday pay accrued separately, and a range of placement types from short-term to long-term, including potential permanent routes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in schools or other relevant settings.
• Enjoy helping children learn, develop and grow in confidence.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support children in classrooms across Merseyside in EYFS/KS1/KS2 and SEND zones.
• Assist with everyday learning activities and supervision during placements.
• Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming environment and help pupils stay engaged.
