Job summary

People Dynamix Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our flexible pool for Southport and North Liverpool. You will support pupils across EYFS to KS2, including SEND and 1:1 support, in various schools with short-, medium-, and long-term placements.

We offer daily pay, weekly payroll, holiday pay, and opportunities to move into permanent roles while working with a supportive team and former headteacher guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in schools or other relevant settings.
• Ability to help children learn, develop and grow in confidence.

We're looking for Teaching Assistants who

• Have experience supporting children in schools or other relevant settings
• Enjoy helping children learn, develop and grow in confidence
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Are patient, reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Understand that every child has different needs and strengths
• Can work effectively alongside teachers and other school staff
• Want to make a positive contribution, whether they're in a school for one day or one year

Experience supporting children with SEND would be particularly welcome, although it's not essential for every opportunity.
