Are you a creative, highly skilled and caring teaching assistant? Are you committed and enthusiastic?
At Clapgate Primary School, we recognise the valuable contribution that teaching assistants can make in helping our pupils become confident, competent, independent and successful learners.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or 3 full and relevant EYFS qualification and some experience of working with children with SEND needs.
Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, have the ability to implement consistent boundaries and be able to build positive relationships, working closely with staff and parents.
Being outdoors is strongly embedded in our ethos. You will need to be willing to spend a large amount time outdoors during children’s play. Undertaking Paediatric First Aid Training will be essential for this role once appointed.
