Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Drama Graduate

Location:

Redhill, Surrey

Job Type:

Contract, expected to work within school hours 5 days per week (Flexible)

Job Duties:

  • Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom
  • Work with children in Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Offer learning support to individuals and small groups

Education:

Educated in Drama or related field

Experience:

Prior experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of SEN and strategies to support students (desirable)
  • Knowledge of KS1, KS2, and EYFS curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time hours, contract position
  • Work within a school environment
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators
