Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in education, care, or community settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience supporting autistic students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support across various subjects.
• Assist with classwork, homework, and exam preparation.
• Help set, track, and review individual student targets.
• Deliver tailored interventions to meet student needs.
• Support learning in-class and during off-site activities.
• Act as a key worker for designated pupils.
• Assist with lunch, break, and on-call supervision.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing.
