Job description

We are looking to recruit highly effective Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated staff. Previous experience is desirable but induction, support and training will be given.

The school welcomes applications from all communities, including those from BAME backgrounds, and would actively encourage all appropriately qualified candidates to apply - without hesitation.

Term time only

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Bucks Pay Spine 1a/5 – 3/20 £23,104 - £29,295) pro rata (wage negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 32.5 hours per week post, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm, term time only, including INSET days.

Interviews to be held: week beginning 14th July 2025. Castlefield School reserves the right to interview and recruit before the deadline if suitable candidates apply.
