Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and providing tailored support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum

7. Collaborate with staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
8. Promote student well-being and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is desirable
2. A caring, patient, and flexible approach to working with children of all abilities
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, teachers, and parents effectively
4. A passion for helping students achieve their full potential
5. An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
