We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base (SRB) team in CF10, supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism and other ALN needs. This role is ideal for someone patient, dedicated, and nurturing – experience is valued but not required, as your passion, resilience, and ability to form strong connections matter more.

What you’ll be doing:
Working within the SRB, supporting children with Autism and ALN
Helping to create a nurturing, safe, and structured learning environment
Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
Helping to implement tailored learning and nurture programmes
Encouraging engagement, emotional regulation, and social interaction
