Engage Partners Limited is recruiting Teaching Assistant Apprentices in Islington, North London, starting September 2026. This role offers hands-on classroom experience while working toward a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

The position is full-time with term-time flexibility, paying up to £80 per day during training, and includes ongoing mentoring from education professionals to support long-term classroom progression.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 during lessons and learning activities.
• Assist with classroom preparation, displays and learning resources.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils who need additional guidance.
• Help create a positive, safe and nurturing classroom environment.
