Training

Training to be Provided: Successful candidates will be working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Learning will take place on-the-job, alongside a school-based mentor. You will also attend regular off-the-job training days at our training studio located at Stebon Primary School. On these days, you will work with our professional tutors and expert facilitators towards achieving the Level 3 qualification. Candidates without GCSEs in English and maths at C/4+ will undertake a Functional Skills Level 2 qualification.
