A leading educational institution is seeking a Teaching Assistant and Midday Meals Supervisor to support classroom activities and promote the personal development of pupils. The role includes providing tailored support, implementing behavior management strategies, and fostering a positive learning environment. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and experience in establishing relationships with students, particularly those with special educational needs.
Working Pattern: Term time only (38 weeks)
Hours: 20 hours TA and 4 hours MDMS per week, 845am-315pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £13,281 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

We are an award winning Academy who are now recruiting a Teaching Assistant and Midday Meals Supervisor to join us on a permanent basis. The role of Teaching Assistant is crucial in promoting the learning and personal development of all pupils; including but not exclusively, those with special education needs.
