This role supports students with challenging behaviour, focusing on their Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Candidates will provide tailored support both individually and in small groups, working closely with teaching staff and other professionals.
We are currently seeking a resilient and caring secondary Teaching Assistant in Worcester. This is an Alternative Provision school supporting students with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with both teaching staff and external professionals, supporting students in managing the curriculum and developing confidence. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, working as a team and individually to ensure the needs of the children are met.
