Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), ADHD, and Dyslexia? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in Coventry, supporting students across KS3 and KS4. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential to be permanent.

Role Details:
  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Coventry (KS3/KS4 sites)
  • Start Date: Within the next 4 weeks
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 03:30 PM
  • Contract: Ongoing, long-term with potential for permanent placement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, EBD, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
  • Assist in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individual learning plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with additional needs (SEMH, EBD, ADHD, Dyslexia).
  • A passionate and patient approach to supporting students.
