Job summary

Rushden Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Access Arrangements Assessor) to work with the SEND team to ensure pupils with additional needs receive appropriate support. You will deliver tailored interventions, help access the curriculum, and support families and staff. The role is term-time oriented, 32 hours per week across 38 weeks, with 5 staff training days per annum.

Working Conditions

• Salary: £26,823.75 – £29,064.22 (actual salary: £19,953.68 – £21,620.33).
• 32 hours per week over 38 weeks during the school term, plus 5 staff training days per annum.
• Full time equivalent position within the Trust.
