Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Windsor, Berkshire. You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to help them learn, grow and gain confidence.

The role requires resilience and dedication, with support from a team dedicated to student wellbeing and educational success. You’ll join a school community that values training, full school holidays, progression opportunities, health and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in classroom setting preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help children and young people with ASD/SEMH to learn and develop their abilities.
• Support the teacher and therapy staff to raise students' self-esteem and progress.
• Provide a patient, resilient and dedicated presence in lessons and school activities.
