Job summary

Cumbria Education Trust is seeking a dedicated, reliable team member to join our schools in Whitehaven. The role supports learners, communicates effectively, and contributes to a positive school environment during term time.

Hours are 9:00 to 12:30, Monday to Friday, term-time only. This part-time post offers a supportive, collaborative team culture, enhanced DBS checks, and opportunities for professional development to help staff balance work and life.

About This Role

• Hours of work: 9am to 12.30pm
• Working pattern: Monday - Friday (Term time only)
• Salary: £26,847FTE (Actual annual salary: £10,861)
• FTC term: 10th October 2026 - 31/08/2026 - Maternity cover
