Job summary

Castle Park School is seeking a dedicated part-time candidate to join our support team. The role requires good communication and a commitment to helping learners achieve their best within a collaborative school environment.

The position offers a people-first culture, with strong CPD opportunities and flexible hours (28 per week) to support work-life balance. DBS checks are required in line with safeguarding standards.

Job description

• Hours of work: 28
• Working pattern: Monday to Friday
• Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.600
• There is potentially 7.5 hours wrap around care to be added to this but it will be discussed in the interview
