Aufgaben

• Support pupils individually, often one-to-one and sometimes in small groups
• Deliver personalised learning for pupils with communication, sensory or behavioural needs
• Help pupils manage strong emotions, sensory needs and overwhelm calmly, safely and with compassion
• Create a supportive, predictable environment where pupils feel safe to try and grow
• Keep the day running smoothly when plans change
• Celebrate each pupil's progress, however small
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and colleagues on each pupil's programme of learning and care
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect, after full training
• Bring creativity into lessons through sensory activities, structured play, music and humour

Days follow a set timetable with a later finish on Wednesdays, and the post suits someone with patience and a calm manner when plans change. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post can start as soon as possible.
