Job summary

Zest Education is recruiting a committed Teaching Assistant to support a very large, well-established secondary school in Walsall. The role begins on a day-to-day supply basis, with the strong possibility of progressing into a long-term position for the right person, starting January 2027 and ongoing.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm, supporting students across KS3 and KS4, helping them engage positively with learning and make steady progress in a fast-paced, diverse setting.

Role Overview

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm, you’ll support students across KS3 and KS4, helping them engage positively with learning and make consistent progress. The school is fast-paced, diverse and highly supportive, offering an excellent environment for someone who thrives in busy settings.
