Job summary

Queen Mary's High School, part of The Mercian Trust, invites applications for an invigilator to support examinations at our selective grammar school in Walsall. The role involves ensuring examination integrity, supervising candidates before and after tests, and performing related administrative duties as directed by the exams officer.

We seek reliable individuals who can uphold high standards, promote the school's ethos, and contribute to a positive examination environment for our students.

• Invigilate both public and internal examinations in accordance with Examination Body regulations
• Supervise candidates held before or after assessments
• Invigilate the School's entrance examination (when required)
• Undertake such administrative tasks as set by the exams officer, which may include but is not limited to taking registers and assisting the exams officer with the packing of scripts at the end of exams

Pay range: NJC SCP 4 - £13.48 per hour excluding holiday pay; £15.10 per hour including holiday pay
