Job summary

St Mary's Catholic College is looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals who will promote students' development in a safe and secure environment and support students by understanding their specific needs to help them learn as effectively as possible.

The role will meet physical/medical needs per individual care plans, encourage independence, promote inclusion, and facilitate 1-1 interventions as directed by the SENDCO. We offer CPD opportunities within HF C MAT and promote safeguarding.

• To facilitate small group and 1-1 interventions as directed by the SENDCO (homework club, social skills, Precision Teaching, ELSA).
• Through HFCMAT we can offer a range of CPD opportunities to enhance the knowledge and skills of all staff within the resourced provision.
