Job summary

Term Time Teachers Ltd is seeking a reliable and caring Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Tunbridge Wells. The candidate will support children throughout the day, assisting with activities and creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

We welcome applicants with or without prior education experience; enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a positive attitude are valued. DBS clearance will be required as part of safeguarding procedures and salary will be set by local policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
• Full-time, five days per week schedule.
• Enhanced DBS check as part of safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support children throughout the school day across activities and learning.
• Assist with activities and learning while maintaining a positive, safe environment.
• Provide whole classroom, small group, or 1:1 support depending on needs of the school.

Teaching Assistant

Tunbridge Wells - Full Time

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team in Tunbridge Wells on a full-time basis.

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Commitment: Full-time, 5 days per week

The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient and passionate about supporting children in their learning and development. Previous experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential - we are happy to consider candidates with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

The role will involve supporting children throughout the school day, assisting with activities and learning, and helping to create a positive, safe and engaging environment.

This could be either whole classroom support, small group or 1:1 support, dependant on works for you. This is also an opportunity for someone that is looking for a long term booking within one school.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is able to commit to full-time hours, five days a week
• Is reliable, responsible and approachable
• Has a genuine interest in working with children
• Has previous education or childcare experience (desirable, but not essential)
• Is enthusiastic and willing to get involved
