Pay Rate: £90-95 per day

Job Type: Flexible working

Job availability: Term Time only

We have multiple opportunities for Teaching Assistants who can work part time, full time or on a supply basis within Trowbridge. As a Teaching Assistant you get a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of primary and special needs children in their learning and development.

Ideal candidate will be:

  1. Experienced working in the UK schools
  2. Hold enhanced child DBS and on the update service
  3. Eligible to work in the UK
  4. Able to provide 2 professional references
  5. Strong at communication and behaviour management

Responsibilities include:

  1. Fostering and maintaining a positive classroom environment
  2. Providing individual and group support to the needy children
  3. Assisting the teacher in classroom management and activities
  4. Monitoring student behaviour, growth and development
  5. Communicating the reports to the teacher, parents and the relevant authorities.
