Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Torbay. This is an adaptable role for experienced TAs or graduates seeking classroom exposure, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work and immediate starts.

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assist with lesson delivery, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or related support role preferred.
• Graduate or care/youth work background welcome.
• Ability to work 1:1 and in groups with SEN needs.
