Job summary

Coppice Primary Partnership in Tonbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our support staff. This fixed-term role covers 31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:15 with a half-hour unpaid lunch, during term time (38 weeks per year).

You will work closely with staff to deliver high quality learning experiences for all pupils, support expectations, communicate with parents, and contribute to school life beyond the classroom in a caring, team‑oriented environment.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative person to join our school. We wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our support staff team, providing 31.25 hours support every week between the hours of 08:30am- 3.15pm daily, with a half hour, unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday on a fixed term basis until August 2027. This is a term time only contract for 38 weeks per year.

We are looking for candidates with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils. This post would suit either experienced TAs or we can provide training.

We expect the successful candidates to:
