Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Thurrock, Essex
Salary: £89.47-£93 Per Day

Your Day-to-Day:

• Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting.

• Assist: Work alongside teachers to implement individual education plans tailored to each child’s needs.

• Engage: Help students stay focused and understand instructions and tasks.

• Manage: Use positivity and effective strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour.

• Communicate: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while keeping track of student progress.

• Nurture: Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported.
