Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) students is desired.
  • Enhanced DBS is required (can be facilitated).
  • UK Right to Work is mandatory.

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with primary schools across Swindon, who are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant to start mid-October. As part of the White Horse Federation, these schools want to give their students the best chance of success and inspire every child to flourish through an inclusive, all-through education. The suitable individual for this role will be inspirational and encouraging to the students that they will be working with.

This role will include work on a 1:1 basis as well as support across the classroom. As part of this position, the individual will be required to work with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) students, therefore having previous relevant experience is desired - but not essential. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you!
