Job summary

Swaffham Meadow Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join its welcoming and inclusive community. The role involves supporting students under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO where required, with emphasis on high standards and effective communication.

Salary: Points 4-6 of the Support Staff Scale Point - £26,016 - £26,847 FTE per annum. £19,144 - £20,122 pro rata per annum

The Role

We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school as a Teaching Assistant.

As a Teaching Assistant, you are expected to provide an efficient and high-quality support to all students within the department, under the supervision and direction of the class teacher, in consultation with the SENCO as required.
