About the role

Connex Education is seeking a proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a supportive local school in B75. You will support the Year 4 class teacher in preparing and delivering high-quality lessons while monitoring pupils' progress. You will work closely with individual pupils and small groups who need extra support, keeping them engaged and inspired. You will promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential regardless of their background or ability.

Role Requirements
  • Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or an equivalent Level 3 UK educational qualification is required.
